The Brazos of Waco is a luxurious community of wellness and independence. We offer a new, beautifully designed facility extending 61,000 square feet with 119 beds. We are located in the Waco community, in close proximity to nearby hospitals, restaurants, hotels, and shopping areas. Our expert skilled nursing services cover both short-term rehabilitation and long-term stay with kindness and compassion.
Built in 2016, The Brazos of Waco is a modern and elegant community. We offer a comprehensive rehabilitative program with state-of-the-art technology, including infusion therapy, TPN services, and advanced modality wound care treatment. We are an expert team of independent board-certified physicians who will guide you through your individualized care plan designed to meet your specific functional goals.
Our spacious rooms include private and semi-private suites with controllable thermostats. Residents enjoy a range of deluxe amenities such as flat-screen TVs, Internet café and WiFi, and spa rooms complete with whirlpool tubs and walk-in showers.
Indoors, you’ll find beautifully detailed common areas with high ceilings and a warm fireplace. We have two restaurant-style dining rooms offering fresh, flavorful selections from our ever-changing menus. The sprawling facility is surrounded by manicured courtyards, serene gardens, and sitting areas.
Our care team is dedicated to providing you with high-quality skilled nursing services in all areas of rehabilitative care. We specialize in the following services: medication management, tracheotomy care and weaning, infusion therapy (including TPN), nutritional and culinary support, individualized care planning, and advanced modality wound care treatment. Our walls are installed with oxygen and suction capabilities to support our pulmonary management program. We conduct therapy programs in our large, fully-equipped rehabilitation gym and beautiful outdoor therapy courtyard.
