Troy Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a warm and intimate community of 80 friends, neighbors, parents and grandparents living life to the fullest! Here at Troy Center, our friendly staff will help you or your loved one truly "Get Stronger" and return home your best self. Excellence is our goal and good outcomes in recovery and rehabilitation are our daily measures of progress. Helping our short term residents return to full independence sooner and more completely drives this team to excellence. And keeping our residents physically fit promotes a longer, healthier, happier life. We offer rehab therapy six days per week in a state-of-the-art facility where our team of professionals employ the latest modalities and equipment to achieve fantastic results.

Residents and guests at Troy Center enjoy a wide range of amenities and special services to ensure a most comfortable stay.
