The goal of our Passport Rehabilitation Program is to restore your health using the myriad of services, programs, and therapies available. Your individual rehabilitation is tailored to a series of realistic, short-term achievements with the ultimate goal of returning you home. Our services are designed to give you the abilities needed to live a healthy and fulfilling life. Whether you’re struggling with physical or post-operative challenges, our staff is committed to catering to your individual preferences, providing customized therapy in comfortable and finely appointed accommodations. We offer these services 7 days a week, as directed by your physician. Our Passport Program includes occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy. Our Passport Program Specialities and Services include pulmonary rehabilitation services, neurological impairments, cardiac recovery, respiratory therapy, heart failure services and much more.
