A new member of the Centers family in 2014, Buffalo Center is newly refurbished with bright and beautiful common areas, a state-of-the-art physical therapy suite, and manicured grounds for residents and families to enjoy.

At Buffalo Center, we take pride in our smooth and fast-paced outcomes in our short-term rehabilitation program. We offer intensive, one-on-one therapy sessions six days per week to ensure you achieve maximum results. Each patient receives a customized treatment plan led by our highly-trained interdisciplinary care team.
