Belair Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is the award-winning provider of short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing care in the Bellmore community. Belair’s state-of-the-art Passport Rehab Therapy program provides custom-designed, achievable goals for each patient. Our skilled multidisciplinary team works with patients, families and healthcare providers to plan a confident transition home. Intensive therapy is offered 7 days per week, including the following services:

• Speech therapy, physical therapy, and occupational therapy
• Pulmonary rehabilitation
• Cardiac recovery services
• Respiratory therapy
• 24/7 Care from Advanced Practice Registered Nurses
• Post-surgical recovery
• Wound care management
• IV/TPN therapies

Additionally we offer highly specialized medical services such as our Pulmonary Disease Management Program and Heart Failure Program.  Our team offers the latest in rehabilitative modalities and technology, including the OmniVR Virtual Rehabilitation System and Accelerated Care Plus (ACP).

In our clean, newly renovated building, you’ll find all the comforts of home, and a quality dining experience in our inviting Bistro Cafe. We offer comfortable, private accommodations with room service, free WiFi, beautiful outdoor patios, daily laundry, housekeeping and maintenance services, a cozy library, and more. You and your loved one are encouraged to participate in our many recreational activities, such as arts and crafts, community trips, religious services, pet therapy and diverse on-site entertainment.
