Wingfield Hills Health & Wellness in Sparks, Nevada provides individualized post-hospital skilled nursing care on both a long-term and a short-term basis. Our team develops an individualized care plan with every resident to ensure their health needs are met.
We offer professional services that include physical, occupational, and speech therapy, as well as pulmonary rehabilitation. Residents have access to podiatry, dental care, optometry, and a registered dietician, as well as skilled nursing services to include:
