About Llanfair House Care and Rehabilitation Center
Since 1972, Llanfair Care & Rehabilitation Center has provided premier skilled nursing and sub-acute care in Passaic County. Under the guidance of our interdisciplinary team, we offer a person-centered approach to care, customizing our treatment plans and activities to each individual’s unique needs.
Llanfair is located near the Point View reservoir in Wayne, New Jersey, just minutes away from Interstate 287. Our recently-renovated facility features a specialized rehabilitation unit for short-term recuperation as well as personalized skilled nursing accommodation for long-term stays.
Working closely with families and patients, our Total Care Team provides sophisticated medical and rehabilitative sub-acute care. Our goal is to ensure better outcomes and faster recoveries through highly personalized, whole-person wellness. We offer up to seven days a week of therapy from the world-renowned Encore Rehabilitation program.
Short-term services include medical and surgical recovery; physical, occupational, and speech therapy; orthopedic care; cardiac care; IV therapy (TPN); and wound care management. A unique feature of our facility is our state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym, equipped with modern exercise machines such as Wii videogame motion therapy. In addition, we have a special, secured unit for those patients with dementia or memory impairment.
Our park-like property has numerous indoor and outdoor spaces, including a therapy garden and tranquil pond. Members of our community enjoy complimentary WiFi, private and semi-private rooms, cable television, on-site beauty salon, and an enriching activities program.
