We offer a full suite of physical, occupational, and speech therapies, as well as respiratory therapy, wound care, pain management, and other skilled nursing care. Our nurses are on-site and serving our residents 24 hours a day. In addition to helping keep the body active and working to regain function, we are committed to providing opportunities for our residents to keep their minds active, as well. We offer a wide variety of stimulating and engaging activities, clubs, and events designed to serve residents at all different levels of physical and cognitive abilities. Each resident's diet is likewise personalized and optimized according to their particular needs and preferences, and our gourmet chef prepares delicious, nutritious meals served every day in our restaurant-style dining room.

At Somerset Woods, we believe that providing a place to socialize, relax, and rejuvenate is essential to a good rehabilitative experience. That is why we have included a beautiful outdoor garden area where our residents can walk, read, socialize, or simply take in the view. We also offer barber and beautician services, a commissary, and phones, to help residents feel both independent and at home during their stay with us.
