Laurel Brook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a brand new Marquis Health Services community, proudly introducing a new level of post acute care and skilled nursing services to the Burlington and Camden counties. Our warm and welcoming center offers everything you need to return home your healthiest self.

Located in the heart of South New Jersey, Laurel Brook specializes in easing your transition from hospital to home with expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation, chronic kidney management, and stroke recovery. One of the many benefits of our center is onsite hemodialysis services, as we are conveniently located near DaVita, a leading dialysis provider.

Upon admission, we proactively begin planning discharge and our expert team creates highly individualized care plans to meet your unique needs. Intensive therapy is offered seven days per week in our modern therapeutic gym, featuring the latest in rehabilitative technology and newly renovated subacute unit. Our services are especially geared toward post-operative, pulmonary, and cardiac conditions. Apart from our dedicated subacute rehabilitation unit, our center features a specialized secure dementia unit, long term care, respite care, and Urgent SNF service to ensure help is never far away.
