We offer goal-oriented rehabilitation services to help our patients regain their highest level of independence while they recieve 24-hour a day skilled nursing care.

Located just two miles away from Paris Community Hospital, Paris Healthcare provides a safe and comfortable environment for our residents to recover, socialize, and receive the care they need. We are a comprehensive skilled nursing facility, offering a wide range of healthcare services. We offer rehabilitation therapy, short-term skilled nursing care, long-term skilled nursing care, respite care, memory care, and hospice care.

In addition to physical, speech, and occupational therapy, our staff are also trained and experienced in providing wound care, IV therapy, pain management, stroke treatment, and post-surgical care. We offer podiatry, dental, audiology, and vision services. We also provide therapeutic diets catered to our patients’ individual needs.

Paris Healthcare is home to Shady Lane, a secure memory care unit equipped for all levels of dementia care. Our staff have been trained to care for patients with Alzheimer’s, and are dedicated to creating a meaningful experience that preserves their independence and dignity. Shady Lane includes a separate, enclosed courtyard where residents can walk freely while still maintaining their personal safety.

Paris Healthcare provides activities for all abilities and levels of care. Our residents regularly enjoy pie and ice cream socials, afternoon teas, crafts, bingo, live music, and birthday parties. We offer haircuts at our beauty salon, and we hold multi-denominational religious services.
