Our team works with our patients and their physicians create a treatment plan to help achieve personal and recovery goals.

Comprehensive therapy programs for strengthening, balance training, pain reduction, wound-healing, urinary incontinence, and increasing range of motion are at the heart of our treatment programs. The therapy team consists of physical therapists (PT), physical therapy assistants (PTA), occupational therapists (OT), certified occupational therapy assistants (COTA), a speech and language pathologist (SLP), and a rehab aide/technician. Therapists are also certified in specialty areas including: Wound Care Neurological Conditions Electrical Stimulation For Swallowing Dysfunction Lymphedema Pulmonary Programs Speech-language Therapy A holistic care vision ensures we treat all facets of healing. The Activities Program serves as an outlet for patients to explore new or existing hobbies and interests. Upon entry, we sit with each resident to ensure the activities they enjoy are provided. A program is created to meet the needs of the individual. We promise fun-filled activities for all and transportation for excursions is available.
