Meet Our Team
Amy England, Regional Business Development Manager (Midwest and South)
Amy first started with A Place for Mom in 2014 as a Partner Services Manager and then moved into the role of a Community Relations Advisor. She joined the NursingHomes.com team in 2017. Prior to joining APFM, she worked as a Regional Director of Sales & Marketing for a skilled nursing company based out of St. Louis, MO managing all sales and marketing teams in Oklahoma. She also worked in corporate healthcare marketing for a large healthcare system in Oklahoma prior to entering the senior care industry. Amy loves that, in her current role, she is able to share opportunities with companies that will help better serve and aid patients and their loved ones navigate through the senior living process. When Amy is not working, she is traveling and enjoying her friends and loved ones.
Anita Natarajan, GM of Nursinghomes.com, Vice President at A Place for Mom:
Anita loves being part of a mission driven company as it allows her to add value to society in a sustainable way. Her goal in building NursingHomes.com is to help people navigate through the complex decision of selecting the right short term rehab that is critical to their recovery. Her background before joining A Place for Mom was in strategy, marketing and operations, before which she was an engineer at IBM. In her spare time she loves to travel, play the piano and dabble with theater, play with her puppy and cook (not at the same time!).
Christina Fleming, Senior Business Development Manager
Christina joined A Place for Mom in 2015 as a Community Relations Advisor, and transitioned to the role of Senior Business Development Manager for NursingHomes.com in 2016. Given the opportunity to launch A Place for Mom’s skilled nursing specific program, Christina was able to combine her passion for helping seniors with her extensive background in business development and healthcare marketing. It brings Christina great pride to connect top-rated nursing homes in the nation with those who are searching for the perfect fit for their loved ones. When not working, Christina enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their large blended family, in particular on their boat relaxing on the bays at the Jersey Shore.
Nimisha Dutta Chavan, Director of Emerging Business
Nimisha joined A Place for Mom in 2015. She previously worked in strategy and business development at 3M in St. Paul, MN focusing on emerging technologies and international operations, and then managed strategic planning for Expedia.com in Bellevue, WA. Nimisha enjoys the opportunity she has, working at NursingHomes.com, to help provide useful information to families looking for care for their senior loved ones and help make a positive and meaningful impact on people’s lives. When she’s not at work, Nimisha likes to spend time with her fiancee and their dog in the great outdoors of the Pacific Northwest!
Tim Lyon, Regional Business Development Manager (East)
Tim joined A place for Mom in 2017 as a Regional Business Development Manager. Tim spent most of his career in the healthcare industry. He spent 10+ years as a partner in a company that owned and operated multiple Home Instead Senior Care Franchises. During that time Tim’s primary focus was Business Development and Account Management for the company. Tim also previously worked at Epic Health Services, as an Executive Director, and spent some time working in the Commercial Finance & Insurance Industries. Tim is excited in his current role that he can help families get the information they need to make educated decisions in regards to post-acute care. When Tim is not working he enjoys spending time with his two daughters.
